Well, what I do is search for "texture" on deviantART or google images or whatever, and find one that I want. Then, in photoshop, I paste the image on a new layer. I right click on the layer and press "Create clipping mask", so it'll apply only to the layer below, instead of the whole image. Then I set the drop down box to either "overlay" or "soft light" or whichever one I like best :XD: If that made any sense D:
